This policy explains what information 2KMyPLAYER collects and how it's used. We keep it simple and collect only what the site needs to work.

What we collect

• Account info — your email address, password (stored securely by our authentication provider, never visible to us in plain text), and the display name you choose.
• Content you create — builds you save, ratings you submit, and when you created them.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs and analytics needed to run and improve the site.

How we use it

Your email is used for signing in and account-related messages (like email confirmation). Your display name appears on builds you make public. Ratings are tied to your account to prevent duplicate voting, but other users only ever see aggregate scores — never who rated what.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with third parties except the service providers that host our infrastructure (such as our database and hosting providers), who process it only on our behalf.

Your choices

You can edit your private drafts at any time from My Builds. Builds cannot be deleted once saved — see the Terms of Use for how build slots and permanence work. If you'd like your account deleted entirely, contact us: we'll remove your account and personal data, and your builds are anonymized rather than removed, so they remain on the site but are no longer attributed to your handle.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
